  Yes Tzum is a large old Soviet style building housing a modern mall. Right in the middle of heart of tourist places.. sad that shops are so few. Maybe they demanded too much Levas ! I visited the public lavatory on first floor as well.. its ok.

  Nice and tidy. Great place for shopping without the crowds
