  Electronics and home entertainment. Mostly a good selection of gadget, equipment and accessories. Some sales staff speak English. Computers are usually good, but not the latest model. You can check for products on their website which is also available in English. On the web you also see if a product is in stock in a certain Technopolis outlet.

  Great selection at affordable prices. Sometimes finding the staff in store can be difficult. They chat among themselves instead of walking down their isles to help customers

  Good electronics store with good products, however, the shop assistants don't have the full knowledge of produts. They don't know all the functions of the more complex AV appliances for home cinema. They don't know the differences between different models of the same producer. You hear "I don't know" more often that you should. Technopolis doesn't sell OFC copper speaker cables only alluminium ones which is very disappointing. I had to buy good quality copper cables in a "garage" shop in the centre of Sofia. The shop assistants should read manuals in their spare time.

  Great variety of tech products on reasonable prices. Good customer service. The ladies on the cash registers could smile more.
