  Basically, this is the only kids playground in the neighborhood. That said, it is unmaintained, dark overcrowded, and dirty. Children play among homeless people, who are virtually living there through the summer and use it as a toilet. Dogs are allowed only in a dedicated part of the park, but nobody complies with that, so you have to watch where you go to not step over something you don't want on your shoes. The second star is only because they changed the asphalt this summer after the parents were already up for a protest. Even that was done unprofessionally, so we'll see how long it'll last.
