  On the 7th October 2020 12:13, I have parked my car at the Blue Zone near Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. I have paid the parking assistant (photographed) 6 Lev for 3 hours parking. He took the money and scratched 3 tickets to cover 3 hours of parking. He gave the 3 tickets to me and instructed and observed me to put it on the dashboard. At the time he did not tell me the Blue Zone is restricted to 2 hours. On our return to our car was clamped. We spoken to several of their colleagues in the white car with the letter C. They contacted their boss and also the parking attendent who sold us the ticket. The parking attendent denied scratching the ticket for us. Therefore he was not honest in helping us with the parking ticket purchase as he has set us up and trapped us into falling foul of the 2 hour parking restriction. In the end we had to pay the removal clamp fee of 30 Lev. This is our first time in Sofia and this has left us a bad impression of how dishonest your employees are.

  For 1 minute till to go to buy the card for parking for the blue zone they came and they locked me the car. For 1 minuteeee !!!! And the policemen who came to unlock it they were full of irony. Unacceptable ..
