  Excellent, friendly and very helpful staff. Centrally located tourist office with lots of useful info for foreign travelers.

  Nice, spacious office in the city centre with excellent tourist adviser named Cvetko. He gave as short story about Sofia and Bulgaria. We came out with lot of maps and booklets. Such a nice, welcoming gesture. I would suggest Sofia Tourist Information Center as the starting point of your visit.

  Asked for advice for going to the mountains and luckily the woman working there said that we should wait and go on the weekend when the lifts are open. She also gave us the advice to go to Pancharevo if we wanted to swim and gave us the directions for metro and bus. Very helpful!

  What exceptional service. We went in for basic information and came out with maps and detailed notes. This included directions to get to Boyana church and the History museum by public transport from our accommodation, tips for what to see in places along our itinerary. Transport links around Bulgaria. Recommendations for our interest in history. All in a fun and friendly manner. Apologies if we have his name spelt incorrectly but Lazaro was a treasure.

  It is a really good place the information about Bulgarian Capital and surroundings to be received. People are very kind and good informed. You will receive maps and brochures for free.
