  Absolutely appalling customer service. The assistants tried to sell me defective shoes and when I pointed this out they just advised me to fix them myself. I don't want to purchase defective shoes for a full price. I asked if another pair can be ordered in and they said they would call me when it arrives but they never did. I guess this is typical for customer service in Bulgaria....
