  Saint George Palace really great hotel. Very clean and the breakfast is very good with a wide diversity. There is a fantastic indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi which the kids loved after skiing in the afternoon. The stuff very friendly and willing to help. We will back for sure Thanks,

  It is a great opportunity if you don't want to spend a lot of money in accommodation. The room was quite clean, the heating was working perfectly, and we had a nice view. The spa facilities are very nice and they are available for free. But we had kind of an unpleasant experience. We asked to have our sheets changed because we saw some stamps on it, and the receptionist, who was very polite, sent the cleaning lady to change it . That lady came furious in our room like she was angry with us because we added more tasks in her shift. She did change the sheet but she shut the door behind her. We didn't find that very polite. Not all the receptionists speak English very fluently. And the breakfast, that was provided for free , had great variety but very few things were qualitative. It would be better to have less products with better quality. The juices were water mixed with very bad quality of juice. I think that in Bansko there are numerous choices for accommodation, so they should try to be better professionals.

  The hotel doesn't deserve the four star. It is okay, but nothing too fancy. I would not recommend asking for the dinner, I know it does not cost a lot, but the food is terrible if you have a child, who is picky then you will have a good job with finding anything that she/he will eat. The rooms are spacious, but the staff doesn't clean every day. The pool and the jacuzzi is a nice touch, and the spa and massage part is also worth to try.

  The rooms are nice and clean, bad was not that good, the hotel lobby is small, the food varies not that much choice but OK, the pool area is really nice the indoor pool is big, clean and warm 29-30C water temp, the hotel is near the bars about 10 minute walk but its dark in the way.. i would recomend this hotel due to value for the money, its really cheap and you get better than what you pay for.
