  Ho pernottato all'hotel ANEL connesso al casino ma non ho potuto usufruirne perchè l'ingresso è solo con passaporto. ed io avevo la carta d'dentità.

  Excellent casino with incredible service, food and drinks, 24/7 with best croupiers and games in Sofia!!!

  Very Nice casino, it was my Best during my visit to Sofia and i have seen a lot! Service was excellent the staff was very friendly, they have included 10 Lev as a welcome bonus,excellent free drinks and good machines, i totally recommend this casino

  Изключително аругантно поведение на персонала. Също така казаха ми че като нов клиент печеля 100% връщане на парите които съм изиграл на следващия ден и като отидох едно от момичетата ми каза че нямали такова нещо, другата на касата ми каза че е само 10%, а третата ми каза че се е явявало като бонус например до 200 лева 20 за 40.Моля не стъпвайте там, защото ще бъдете излъгани.

  The worst Casino I have ever been to. I was staying at the hotel Anel, which is connected to the Casino by the stairs and lift. I went accidentally down to the Casino and I was welcomed by the rudest bouncer I have ever met. The guy literally pushed me away like there was something to hide in there. It left me speechless. I went to several Casino in Europe and I never received such a treatment. Learn some manners, people!
