  If you wanna try a good tradition Bulgarian food late in Silistra, definitely, that's the restaurant. My experience was so extremely interesting, coz I figured out how this place can be the only one open on Sunday night around 6:30 PM which is kind of big deal for the winter season. However, all components got 5 stars, the staff was so kind and friendly, the food has typical presentation which makes you feel really the Bulgarian spirit and the environment is like normal restaurant makes feel you like at home. I stayed one week in Silistra and visited twice just because makes me feel comfortable all the time.

  There is a lunch menu until 3-4pm which includes a few soups and dishes with fresh ingredients. There is of course a main menu with lots of traditional bulgarian dishes as well as more universal ones. The prices are very democratic and the service is always good. They have a button on each table that allows for people to call the server to the table, which is a big perk.
