I'm answering like in 10min that I'm interested in a flat, you are replying to me that we can see it at 19:00 then after few hours you are telling me that we can see it tomorrow (because something happened). At that point i have refuse all other offers and real estate agents because I'm like 100% sure I will take it (if the description fits the real matter). Today (at 11:30) you are saying that apartment is taken and I don't hear even sorry. You are making a fool of me and now I got problem since my hotel reservation will end in 5 days (my friends in 3). Even more, why there is still not a single replacement offer (in that standard, not some trash propositions) in the place of that one you sent me? I will tell you why, because you don't care about your customers, it's all about cash and personal information. I'm extremely disappointed, the lowest standard of service — its unthinkable, don't go with them. Alexander
