  Service is slow, parcels are stuffed in some old cupboard without any meaningful sorting. Takes ages to retrieve one's package.

  Not a bad place but it is very hectic and chaotic. The staff is polite but there is quite the confusion oftenly. The management needs a refresh but I am confident it only needs some time to change the old ways.
