::As a Portuguese citizen, I have worked and travelled around the globe in many countries for many years as an expat. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to seek the services of our embassy/consulate whilst I was in Sofia for a short period of time on a business trip. The support and service I received was EXCELLENT. And I am grateful to Ms Olimpiada Vidrascu who solved my problem effectively and made me feel at home. A big THANK YOU.. If you are around Sofia/Bulgaria, be assured that you are under the homeland protective wings. Any problems there,... just call her,.. she will be the remedy.

::I have worked with many embassies in many countries before; however I do not remember any of them to be as efficient as this one. There are not many people working in thisembassy, however they process requests as if there is a platoon working for them. I was very happy to be served by these kinds embassy workers and would like to thank them for their continous efforts and help. They certainly do go out of their way to help us. Thank you.
