  They told me it takes 1 month to open an account as expat and it would be the same in my country - ridiculous! I went to another bank and they get it done in 3 business days...

  If this is the face of a post office - bad. There is not one serving person in a cash zone. 10 Wait a minute and nobody appeared. Security is absolutely not in contact. In addition, he sat in a client's chair in front of one of the desks and talked to a bank employee. The same employee, without any worry and apparent lack of repulsion to his stagnant tail, was looking at the phone and obviously making an important communication. It's absurd. I've been in many branches of Postbank. But I did not expect such behavior by employees. And an empty cashier. Absurd.
