  The woman I spoke to today could hardly muster the enthusiasm to answer my questions and kept telling me she didn't have time - she then put the phone down without even confirming if I had all the required details, not even a goodbye., she just hung up. I then called back (because I did not have all of the required information) and was told 'whatever' when I mentioned that the previous woman had hung up on me ........ pigs will fly before you find Bulgaria and good customer service in the same sentence.

  My insurance company sent me to this clinic, and I waited for an hour to see the doctor, even though the appointment was scheduled 10 days in advance!

  The hospital was recommended by my insurance group as a place where I can find an English-speaking doctor. However, I called them twice and twice I had the same answer after I started speaking English - call dropped without any word. I don’t recommend Polimed, especially to foreigners, very bad experience.

  Hard to set a surgery appointment, but for the two OP I had in the hospital I would say it's okay - dr. Naser Mohamad is great!
