::Staff extremely rude and unprofessional, giving a bad image of Bulgarian people. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice and seemed extremely annoyed by my questions. When asked for availability, I only receive a cold text saying “Sorry, no availability” without any signature. For a surgeon that pretends to be one of the best in Bulgaria, some things need to be changed.
