  The hotel is starting to show its age but the room was clean and comfortable enough. Great breakfast buffet, the best we got in Bulgaria. Great playroom for kids and playground outside. Bar right next to the playroom so you can enjoy a drink while keeping an eye on your child. The pool was closed for repairs while we were there which was quite disappointing. I should have read the email sent to me after booking a little better, my fault. Big parking. A little far from the center but nice quiet area and so much cheaper than hotels in the city. Worth the drive.

  Quite unhappy with the fact we were put in a room where we could hear the super loud music in the restaurant. With a baby! The base is terrible at nearly 11 p.m. it is still unbearable. No-one needs such loud music, really. The masseur was good. The waiters quite responsive and the cleaning personnel pleasant too. The cuisine is relatively nice (for buffet) but why does the good impression have to be spoiled by such intrusive festivity? Also, please never put the poor live performers right behind the buffet table, very, very disrespectful to them. Ah, I almost forgot, the infrared sauna's max t is 35 degrees. I was told by the spa reception it is supposed to be this 'warm'. I read and the actual good t for good deep relaxation for such a sauna is starting at 43 and up to 52 C.

  The hotel has a magnificent views. It is big. The rooms are very comfortable and some very big. The restaurant has very VERY delicious food with big choice. It has a big spa rooms,gym, and play room for the small ones and big ones

  Amazing place, offering great service for the prize. Child friendly with incredible SPA center. The pool is warm with a small children's section. I recommend!
