  Very nice outdoor area. But the rooms are dirty, furnitures are old. It doesn't look like a 4-star hotel. Poor breakfast.

  Hotel is not deserved 4 stars, must have maximum 2. Toilets seats uncleaned, dirty carpet, rusty towels suport, bathroom ventilation not work, spa center dirty water and cold. Poor breakfast.

  Good service, but the rooms are not clean. A lot of dust in the corners, rust stains in the bathroom (on the plot and in the bathtub). The hotel doesn't deserve the 4 stars classification.

  4 starts hotel?Seriously? If it had been a 2 or 3 stars i would have been easier on my review. Poorly maintained. Below average quality. Overwhelmed by the online photos we stayed there for one night. At first the reception looks massive and nice,and the surrounding area is very promising. But the rooms are cold, the bathroom door was not closing easily,the bath tub was full of moisture. At least some of the employees were polite and I add a second star because of them. I'm sure it was cool in the 90s, unfortunately it is still in the 90s..

  Nice place outside of Pleven. Big restaurant in the garden. Delicious food. Own parking.
