  Little guest house in the middle of a really cute village! The hosts are really nice people. The place is incredibly well decorated - they took care of every little details!! The food was amazing as well. The breakfast was composed of few things but good ones!

  As we walked into the closed compound through the old wooden gate, we were taken by the beautiful garden with fruit trees and vines full of ripe grapes. The garden is surrounded by the old farm buildings that where beautifuly restored into hotel suites, useing old wooden accessories from the old farm. The owner, Teodor, is very welcoming and happy to share the process of tunning the old farm into a beautiful hotel. We had olso enjoyed a very good supper of traditional bulgarian food. We would certainly recommend comming here.

  Better than described - and expected - accompdations, appearance, feel, and overall experience at this place. It’s located nearly at the end of the last village and somewhat elevated than the rest of the surrounding buildings. Perfect views of the hills and landscape from all rooms. It’s quite and peaceful. Gradens, rooms, and common areas are well maintained and remarkably clean. In fact, it’s the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to hundreds. Customer service from the owner and staff was way above standard, excellent and unique. Quality of food served for breakfast and dinner was great. In fact, better than at any place on my ~2000 km road trip across the country. Good quality homemade meals with fresh product and with a personal touch. The owner clearly takes pride in his job and customer service is at the top of his priorities. If you’re the laid back, relaxed type of person that enjoys good food, good times, appreciates small family run businesses and wants to experience true northeastern Bulgarian cuisine and way of life, than I promise you won’t be disappointed! We were a party of 6 and stayed in 4 rooms in the middle of May 2018 for 5 nights. And we will retun to Osmarski Houses.
