::Good customer service and good quality of the services offered, as long as you wear face covering. If you do not - service is declined whatsoever. No one cares that you may not know that transparent plastic face shields are accepted in Bulgaria and no one bothers talking to you, if you have no mask. No one cares seeing your proof of exemption. The women working there just tell you that without face covering you will not be served and that's it. Paranoia.
