  Their web-site seems professional, however answer capacity not just in term of timing but also in terms of content is poor. They were not able to provide a professional answer per E-Mail regarding a difficult case. The response of the owner is not accurate. A good professional will understand a case with secondary information. After sending many E-mails that I will only accede to a personal meeting, IF they were able to take the case. I called more than 5 times. I spoke with the Argentinian worker (who also contributes with a review). If a person or office cannot comply with the essentials, it is not ready for major tasks. Again, I never received any answer to my written request.

  I was delighted by the service and responsiveness of New Balkans Law Office. They helped a family member solve an immigration problem. Not knowing a resource in Bulgaria, I did a quick Google search of three keywords. Immigration. Bulgaria. English. Found New Balkans, sent an email describing the issue, and went to sleep. Overnight, I received a reply in English, and connected my family member to them for counsel. They found a solution quickly and effectively! I recommend their services.

  Awesome firm with great lawyers! I am certain I would not have obtained the documents necessary for long-term residency in Bulgaria without their help.

  I believe NBLO is not a trustworthy organization. I just left the the disciplinary high court in Sofia Bulgaria where my complaint vs kamen shoylev was rejected because of limitation term... the corruption in Bulgaria never sleeps.
