::Relaxed and quite hotel with nice view and very close to the gondola station. Spacious rooms that are well heated and comfortable beds. 4 stars because its missing the sparkling cleanliness that you'd expect from a hotel, but totally worth its money, i would recommend it to anyone!

::The last Xmas me and my wife had been at the beautiful village of Bansko for a mini vacation.Our short stay in the small hotel "Mountain Romance"was excellent.Just 10' minutes walking by center.The room was comfortable clean and hot. Always the staff was polite - friendly ever ready for any information or serving! At the small traditional restaurant the breakfast was warm and plenty for eating and drinking the price was cheaper than outside restaurants. When we shall be at Bansko again we'll reside in the same small-quiet hotel! The turist must be careful about the tavernas in the village, many times the food isn't fresh and the bill is over! The same at the shops and markets mainly on the central road,,unfortunaly some clerks are impolites and perverses for the foreign client! -Mic.Vrontos ....26 years clerk in the greek hotel system!!!

::Nice hotel with friendly staff at a good location close to the Bansko ski lifts. The breakfast was good with a variety of cold cuts and 3 hot dishes every day. The guys at the restaurant were polite and helpfull. The restaurant did not have many options for dinner. The room was big and clean. Wifi was ok most of the time. From 4 to 8 you can use the spa facilities for free. Sauna and steam bath. For as less as 20 euros you can enjoy an hour of classic massage by Tanya. We parked for free just outside the hotel for 4 days with no problems. Price for the room was fair.
