::They completely stuffed up my booking. So had to find another hotel...

::There is a big difference between a just outdated hotel and a poorly maintained one. The first impression on the hotel is that it's coming out of the late 70's which would be fun if it wasn't so poorly maintained. In my room the lightning was almost absent, the mattress had hole with springs coming out, lots of tiles were cracked/broken and every time i was opening the tap, water was brown for a good minute or so. I've been travelling for 20 years and have stayed to numerous hotels from 3 star "diamonds" to 5 stars "rubbish" and everything in between. I dont expect every decor to match my taste but i do demand the room to be maintained properly. This one goes on the bottom end of my list.

::Excellent value, good location, clean, friendly

::Small, honest hotel. It is more like a 3* hotel (if you think European standard) but its location (close to the Central Stations, near a subway station and loads of restaurants and shopping streets) makes its value for money a very good one.

::This hotel is a bit old fashioned but very comfortable. Breakfast are not their best asset, but for a one night it was absolutely fine.
