  Nice Italian restaurant and nice yoga hall at the first floor. Next to a bus station (less than 1 minute walk).

  I work in this building. This is a good office building with mostly IT companies. It has beautiful interior and nice landshaft design. It is wheelchair accessible. By car it is easily accessible by two major boulevards. There are free parking spots nearby and a dedicated paid parking. The connection with public transport is mediocre with only one tram and one bus stops in walking distance. There are few shops around, a fitness and nice places to have a meal.

  A dicent office building. Hard to park. Just a single cfereria with own coked food and some sandwiches. Limited public transportation. Some nice places for eating in walking distance
