::I had two services here - one was great, one was horrendous. I got a hair color once and it was wonderful - the color was right, the service was very good. I also got a haircut that was an absolute disaster. The hairdresser chopped my hair off in the exact way i told him NOT to do it. He seems like the "i am oh - so - competent " type, who doesn' listen to you, doesn't care about your preferences because he will do whatever he decides on YOUR hair and that is that. Not happy. Hate my haircut. Will never go back. Do not reccommend.

::My wife got some service there whilst we were visiting Sofia on a business trip. The service was excellent and there was no queue for it. The prices were fairly reasonable as well. Highly recommended by any means, either if you're just a traveler or a local.
