  Overall my experience was only nice because of the friends I was with. Small portions and overpriced food. My salad was delicious, but my pasta with raw walnuts on top was quite unpleasant. It would have taken the chef seconds to roast them a but. The loud Greek radio makes it even more difficult to enjoy your dining experience. One last thing - main course should be served when diners are finished with the starters 😉

  I went last weekend for lunch with a group of friends. We had booked in advance and after arriving it took the waiter 30 mins to give us the menus, despite us asking multiple times. When he finally came back he refused to take our food orders saying we had to order drinks first and only after 10mins he would return for food orders. After about an hour of waiting we finally started getting some food; however, it all came at different times with two dishes completely missing. After two hours of sitting there we had 2 people in our group without food, an unapologetic waiter and a terrible lunch experience.

  Our group has been pleasantly surprised and impressed by Sofia's thriving restaurants but unfortunately, this place is not one of them. Appalling service – whilst the food itself was good (when it did finally arrive), the taste was soured by a terrible waiter. The waiter's various indiscretions included making us wait 30 mins simply to receive the food menu, ignoring our multiple reminders for the food to arrive since we had a bus to catch and, perhaps worst of all, not exactly showing much remorse for their poor service. Potentially a fine restaurant (with excellent décor) let down by its bad service and lack of visible management. Two stars.

  Horrific customer service. We waited 30 minutes to even get a food menu after we were seated (despite having a reservation). The male waiter was extremely rude as well, as if he was doing us a favor. Then we were not allowed to order drinks AND food at the same time. We waited another 20 minutes to order food which arrived 30-40 minutes later with two dishes missing. So two people had to wait an additional 20 minutes for their plates. Definitely not coming back here with this horrible service.

  Absolute shambles.. I'd give a zero rating if possible! Waited 45 mins for food as the waiter messed up the order. I had the pleasure of watching my colleagues eat, while I sat there with nothing. Our drinks finished, my meal hadn't started, and rather than apologise he just ignored our table. We sat waiting for half an hour with no drinks and no waiter, no explanation. I'm sure this was a one off but the service was really shocking. I'd never go back! At least try with your customers, especially if you make the mistake on the order! Thanks.
