  I would like to thank the team of Assoc. Prof. Ivanov for the professionalism he showed me. Public hospital, but better in it than in private hospitals, which when they hear that you have insurance and wonder what to do more for you, just to withdraw more money from the fund. I just don't have words for private hospitals ... Otherwise they brought it to a vision like hotels ...

  Most doctors are very good compared to other hospitals, but there is one nurse who only insults and allows herself to raise the tone of patients who are already ill. He even allowed himself to insult a nearly hundred-year-old woman that he already had nothing to live for. The nurse in question burst my vein, but when I asked for her name and to complain, I was told that such information could not be disclosed.

  The doctor who took my case was a good professional. Most of the doctors who took over my research were quite accurate and careful. Despite the complicated conditions due to the pandemic and the reduced staff, most medical personnel did their best where they were needed. I would probably have given a higher grade, but a woman from the medical staff came to smoke over my bed in the ward while I waited for a consultation with a cardiologist, after I almost complained about what I was doing there. :(

  First of all, I would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Ivanov and his team of surgeons who did their job extremely professionally. I can't say anything bad, thanks again! Secondly, the duty officers in the surgery department must work on their attitude towards people. I am referring directly to those who are more than 40 years old. Some of them were just rude, others outright rude. It turned out that trainees, trainees and young people in general are much more people than them. Special thanks to Dr. Ereva and the other two interns (sorry I never asked them for their name) who were extremely nice to me. You made my hospital stay far more bearable.
