  The staff does not know the products they sell. I had to tell them the model I wanted to buy several times and they took another one out of the warehouse. They act as if you went to visit them at home. Otherwise, there are interesting and different brands. I wouldn't shop there again.

  Extremely polite and incompetent staff. They are not aware of what they are selling, if you ask a question they are looking like they are not your client but alien. Three times I asked if the Smeg coffee machine was in promotion. The company website stated that it is currently sold complete with a blender. I finally told them, and they confirmed. The so-called gift is given to you without a guarantee. When I asked why, it was because it was a gift worth 200 BGN. The coffee machine, besides design, has no other special qualities. And it was manufactured in China for Smeg.
