::May be the first business center in Sofia. Regardless the "age" the building is really well maintained. The environment is pleasant and calm. Consider using the public transport as parking can be challenging. Metro station is really close.

::Outdated business building. Still operational but there are so many new and better buildings. It used to be great back in the days during communism.

::Socialist Bugaria's former beating business heart where money from weapons and drugs for the "young democracies" flew. Nowadays it's just a office building with a lot of trouble with parking spots. In one of the capital's prestige neighbourhoods where most of the foreign embassies are. Socialist architecture as its most capitalistic nature.
