  The room smells of cigarettes smoke. It was the smallest room in any hotel that I have ever seen. There was no heating. They gave as a small fan heater. The TV was quite small and the two remotes that they gave us were not working.

  There was a reservation for a bedroom - not available on second day!?!? They transferred us to another room that smelled like an ashtray, so we transferred to a third room. The new room is the smallest I've ever been so far in a hotel, I guess... On the second night there is no heating on our floor. The portable heater that they gave us for the night was labeled - so this must be happening frequently!!! There is a piano bar underneath the hotel and it's noisy! Use this place a a last resort only!

  It is kind of very low star family hotel. My family and I stayed for few days there which I couldn't see the housekeeper to clean the room and change the sheets and pillows. The bath accessories never got replaced with new ones. Our booking was with access to the balcony which this wasn't really through. The staff was unfriendly and looks like no ones cares about the hotel guests including us. I was wondering how this can happen after the location is so perfect and the building is still new since 2009. However, I kind will try to recommend this Family Hotel only for one night stay... If anyone's needs to stay longer can get disappointed. By the way is very quiet place which is the only one plus for me.

  Clean room and bathroom, decent wifi, good value for money. Also, receptionists speak English.
