::This is not a hotel it's a dormitory for students. The rooms are extremely dirty and neglected. The bathroom is 2x2, extremely narrow and dirty. I do not recommend in any case.

::May be the best hotel in Ruse considering value for money. Nice staff, everything is new, air conditioning in the rooms. Parking is available. I was really surprised by the price of 20 euro for double room.
