  The room we stayed in was dated and could do with some tlc. The shower head was broken and so water went all over the roof and bathroom. The wall paper was coming of the wall and it looked like blood splated in a place. And plug socket coming out of the wall. If you have issue with stairs I would recommend you ask for a ground floor room as the stairs between floors are 26 but spiral. We were only staying 1 night. The hotel is in a good location as just outside a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great selection. Would be nice to see the room updated.

  Descrizione semplice semplice, meno di 0 a quest'albergo. Di gran lunga inferiore ad un B&B. Camere sporche e bagni maleodoranti. Colazione insufficiente. Personale cordiale e disponibile!

  Caro. Muy mala la atencion y el servicio PÉSIMO. Hablan fatal INGLÉS y te ayudan lo minimo. Habitaciones feas, viejas y caras. No hay ASCENSOR. UN TIMO!!!!

  El carácter de los empleados y de la zona no es amable . El hotel decadente. En la habitación solo funciona 1 bombilla. Las paredes sucias. No había papel higiénico. El desayuno normalito y el café malo comparándolo con los demás. Teníamos sauna y nos dice que no funciona, pero si que funcionaba lo único que en el cristal hay dibujos obscenos de hace ni se sabe.😉

  Horrible. Hotel por llamarlo asi. Habitacion muy sucia. No hacian las camas ni tan siguiera se molestaban en que lo pareciera. No cogian tfno. En recepcion. Desayuno malo, cafe horrible no habia ni leche caliente, muy pobre. No volvere nunca. Personal terriblemente estupidos, todo viejo y oscuro. Se merece un "0"
