It was a very bad actually traumatic experience for my family. Never been treated so bad that way in any other hotels we ever stayed. We were ready to check in and the mob guy/owner came out and turn everything upside down. No respect whatsoever. I dont want anybody to be mistreated the same way. Horrible! No customer service!
