  Room badly cleaned. on the floor hair. quilt cover dirty. Drain in the sink does not work. The staff is not friendly and does not decide anything!

  Very good hotel! impeccable service, clean rooms, bathroom and excellent food. Also the hotel has a fitness center, and massage room!

  Worst hotel I ever been. No way a 4 stars hotel! Rude staff, everything smells old, our bathroom was flooded every time we used the shower, no facilities such as a sleepers or bathrobe were given, and the rooms are really old. Won’t stay again or recommend.

  Generally ok for price, beds not comfortable, noisy at times from restaurant or other sources inside even at night

  Nice hotel very closed to Bulgaria Mall. Can take tram no 7 to the city. Staff are good and room is clean. Good variety of breakfast.
