::Cozy and relaxed atmosphere, staff with years of experience in the field who know how to take care of you and feel at home. The spa center is not big, but enough for the hotel's capacity, the pool is with warm mineral water (32-34°) and has enough saunas so that you don't have to wait. Good quality of the massage center. The outdoor swimming pools also have hot mineral water. Stylish restaurant with good food. Easy reached destination by a highway.

::Food was decent and that's all. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a main course. Even stuffed mushrooms took 1 hour to be served. Rice was overcooked and bloaty. We were the only guests in the restourant. Cesar salad was too small as well.

::Poor customer service! Awful attitude from the restaurant manager who wanted us to pay additional fees without much of explanation and an amount that he decided it will be appropriate. He refused to give an explanation how that amount was accumulated and to give us a bill for it - nothing broken or damaged, no disturbance from our end. At the attempt to understand what is going on he refused to talk to us an said that the hotel is not "begging" for work and we can leave anytime.

::Not recommendable for groups! Awful attitude and care from the staff. But they try to overcharge us in every way possible! Parking is small and paid more than listed. Restaurant hours don't match, prices are different for every waiter that serves you. No discount at all for 40+ people group. Saloon manager was shouting half the time and ruined the visit completely (no incidents, no broken stuff, nothing improper on our side at all). The DJ, music, food and reception staff was good and pleasant. The spa and pools were clean. Dinner was okay, breakfast was really nice!

::Poor service! Unpleasant staff. Pricing does not match. Parking is payed more than listed. We were overchrged for all listed services. Would not recommend! Do not waste your time and money!
