  I was here with my classroom and with my highschool. In 2 words, they scammed us, they give us a lot of fines to pay for what we didn't do, and if we didn't pay, they would come with the police. In addition, I hate the food and the rooms. I won't come here again. I think this is the horrible place in Golden Sands, I've ever meet.

  A really good Hotel experience! The staff is nice and friendly. The food is quite delicious and they got a large variety and amount of food, so you will never starve! Might also point out that you can also choose whatever and how much you want to eat. They got a large variety of drinks and the bartenders are friendly and funny, they do speak English so you won't have a problem! The rooms are spacious and clean! The hotel has a pretty decent view to the sea, which I gotta point out, it's really beautiful! All in all, I was really pleased! If you want to visit the Golden Sands, Hotel Elena offers a good staying for the price you pay!

  It's horrible. From the employees that don't do their jobs, to the lack of variety in food and the old furniture in the rooms along with the lumpy pillows and depressing surroundings. I wouldn't recommend, I'd rather just stay at home and look at the money I would have saved by not coming here. Most important to note is that the maids don't clean the rooms, don't change the bedsheets and don't even make the bloody beds. At check in, I found clipped toenails on the floor, I am not joking.

  The room was dirty the bathroom stinks food is ok except the salads drinks were bad. They had indoor and outdoor pool and sauna included in inclusive, they also have a steam sauna but you have to pay extra. The view from the hotel is magnificent next to a park. It's a nice place for families. There was a program with dances at night. The staff is very friendly but a little bit slow. Overall I had a good weekend here and could recommend it to a friend.
