  Very nice hotel, we love it. The big room and bathroom were very clean, modern and quiet. Comfortable and warm bed. Beautiful view to the city and plenty of natural light from the big windows they have. Great WiFi connection on the 3rd floor. The girls from reception were very kind to us and we thank them again with this occasion. They have some parking places but we were with a motorcycle and we let it in front of the hotel so they could see it all the time. No elevator. This was in April 2017.

  The staff in this hotel was SO nice! I spoke to 4 different ladies, all of them were professional, helpful and smiling. I got a VIP room for 60 BGN with a view over the town. Clean, comfortable. I only missed some free power sockets in the room. Wi-Fi is very fast. The position of the hotel is really central, yet it's in a calm little street. I was also pleased by the very fair prices of minibar items. Good beer 2 BGN, peanuts 2 BGN. I really enjoyed staying here!

  Small cosy hotel right in the centre of Veliko Tarnovo. Breakfast is awesome, AC keeps rooms superbly warm in winter,and, as a whole, the place is great! I warmly recommend choosing it if you have decided to spend a couple of days in the ancient city, a former capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo.

  The location of the hotel is excellent, It is very close to the center. The room i got was very big and quite. The room & the bathroom very clean. Breakfast is good. Roxana at the Hotel Reception so lovely and excellent attitude.
