  I was on an interview last time I've been there, but I was on training several times in their conference room. It can comfortably fit small teams of up to 20 people. The multimedia is ok.

  Location is perfect. Food in the restaurant not so good, but in general bulgarian cuisine is really nice. Staff.. well.. not so great, ok but not interactive. Rooms- not suitable for four star hotel! Heating system didn't work, rooms are dark. Overall, solid three.

  For the most positive thing...the staff. Most of them are beyond outstanding. Theodore and Staywa (I am probably spelling her name wrong) are phenomenal. Now the not great. The room had an underlying cigarette odor like it was from long ago. The beds were like bricks. It seems like there is one iron and board in the hotel, good luck getting it. The hair dryer has no oomph, it took me 4 times longer to dry my hair. Signs all around said the restaurant was open until 10pm, but it apparently isn't. I found out when I went to dinner one night at 7:30. Would I visit again? Maybe...the people...they made it worth it. But I really hope they work on everything. It does look like they are trying.

  The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and also has few reserved parking spots. It has great view from the restaurant located on the top floor. Service is very polite. Surprising cable TV with possibility to reverse channels. Rooms and bathrooms in particular need some renovation/improvement but are spacious with everything needed.
