::Always great quality food. Once I forgot my wallet and the lady gave me my food anyway, telling me I can pay the next day. It was so nice of her to do that. Not all ladies who work there are as nice and friendly.

::Great food starts with great ingredients, but the magic happens when people make great food with not so great ingredients or exceptional food with great i gredients. Here you will find great ingredients, but not exceptional food. The bread is very good indeed, but prices for lunch menu and banitsa are a bit too high for what you get (especially charging 1.80 lv for a tiny baklava). Food is good, quality ingredients are used, but it lacks a character. There is a lot of potential here, still a couple steps away.

::If there is one diner spot in Sofia, which has consistently kept its food, interior and service quality high - this would be HleBar. For years now it has provided daily menus for breakfast and lunch with locally sourced ingredients and a basic 5-6 meals’ menu super tasty and wonderful. Parallel to the meals you can always find freshly baked sourdough bread.
