  scammers they handle different prices, i 1 day asked for repair my phone on 2 different accounts they came with 3 different prices. Cheapest was 120 levs, found another service they repaired it, including a free display protector 75 levs in less than 2 hours. Scammer stay away

  I called them to ask if they could install Bulgarian menu on a Cat B25 phone. They said they could do that in a day, so I went to their store and left my phone for service. Six hours later I called them to check if my phone was ready for me to take it back. They then said that they cannot install Bulgarian menu on my phone and I should go there to take it back. Very poor service, no communication between the front desk and the technical guys in the store. I wasted a full day because of their incompetence!
