  Extremely rude and incorrect treatment of a child who has to wear glasses for the first time. I would never go back there, not knowing how to work with children to look for another job.

  For the second time I had to urgently visit this optics. Extreme disappointment again! They tried to convince me of something that was untrue, to lie to me. For many years I have had to use lenses / solutions, additional health insurance to know what can and what can't. Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait or visit other opticians, but I promise myself that I will NEVER set foot there again! Very incompetent, unable to answer the simple question "how many pieces can I take from these lenses, this diopter" - complete silence, did not even bother to check, it is obviously very difficult to go, open and see what and how much they have . On another question about lenses from different manufacturers - the same! No thought, no competence!

  Very non-kerotic optics! It turns out that these guarantees that give do not apply! But unfortunately it is so in BG. Incompetent staff !!!
