  1.It's crowdy and noicy 2.If you wanna go in the spa center u need to pass through the main entrance,and there is so many people there seeing u wraped in towels 3.We booked (paid pretty good money) for a room with balcony and our room didnt have a balcony, plus we paid all inclusive and the drinks and the coffe u re getting is DISASTER (drinks are water and sugar, the coffe was everything except coffe) .If u want better drinks u hace to pay additionally . 4.The inside pool smelled on ...(it is not appropriate to mention that word here ). THE WATER WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL 5.It says "Aroma sauna" but inside was not any kind of a good aroma. 6.The food was pretty good !!!!

  Great hotel. I really can't understand how some people complain about the facilities of this hotel as it clearly satisfies all the amenities that are required from a 4 star hotel and even in some cases goes further beyond. The hotel is clean, as they regularly and daily clean the hotel rooms. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. It even surpasses some of the 5 star hotels in Bansko and in Greece. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  One of the best hotels in Bansko. Excellent and fresh food with great variety and taste. Spa, sauna, massage and other beauty activities are also included. Greatly recommend. It has a 25' walk to go to the center of the town which can be tough if you are drunk at night.

  Very nice hotel with excellent SPA areas. Rooms are very comfortable and decorated well (executive double room). Breakfast is perfect with many options.. restaurant's buffets every day is different with variety of food. Negatives: 2km from city center and the shuttle bus has few routes (8:00, 9:00, 10:00 11:30, to return back 15:00, 16:30 & 17:20). I don't recommend it for someone who hasn't car and visit Bansko for skiing. This hotel it's perfect for relaxing holidays. all inclusive values for money.

  The only good thing about the hotel is the food and that as a whole, the hotel is pretty clean. Everything else is terrible. Most of the problems comes from the staff itself. Being impolite, unprofessional and even rude is what ruined our experience. Complaining about whatever is like shout in the desert, no one really listen and do something. The spa area is far from enough having in mind the capacity of the hotel. There is a door leading to a stress pool outside that was broken and it was always windy and cold in the areas between the saunas. In the room, the shower was broken and the water was either burning hot or cold. The mattress was really hard and there were only single blankets for a master bed. This hotel is far from 4 stars and I am really disappointed.
