::I had a problem flying back home because covid 19 resting orders! I have to buy a dog cages! And I have to bring it back, basically I did same operation 3 times because they cancelled my plane,bus,bus again! So I have to pass 3 weeks in Sofia! This people was so nice that they understood my problem and they exchange the product 3 times! I couldn't believe how nice and helpful they where to me!!! And patience!!! The best customer service I've ever had!! I completely recommend this shop for it's variety as for it service!!! Thanks again
