  Big rooms but outdated, friendly service (small minor: checkin has to be before 7pm), breakfast is basic but OK, we noticed there was a change of towels but no other cleaning of the room. Location is great!

  Very nice hotel, a tiny bit outdated, but the staff was very friendly, and it was clean. Great location if you want to check the old city of Veliko Turnovo, right in the middle of all attractions!

  Great value. Great location. Great customer service, breakfast & rooms. What more can I say? A hidden gem.

  Nice little hotel right in the center of Veliko. The young men taking care of thee hotel are very nice and friendly. I would go back there and also recommend the location to a friend.

  Very good location-5 min walk from the fortress! The place has sort of a musky smell to it, rather old looking and gives the feeling that the rooms are not properly ventilated. The breakfast was poor and the staff is a chance of luck I guess. We were excited that it had indoor parking in the below the ground level.
