  If you miss an appointment because you couldn't make it..they tell you not to come again.I don't think this is professional because we are people and things happened.I could understand this,if they have a lot of appointments.They never have people..the most time this studio is totally empty.The place is nice and the girl in the entrance speak english and is very kind..but she do what others tell her to do or say..the girl who makes nails understand english but she doesn't try to speak you or maybe smile or be pleasant.Also when she makes you nails she change the prices from the start one they have said you at the first place or she asks if you want some extra without tell you that it's gone be more money. When you live in the center you have too many options for nails studio..you can go everywhere you like but when you work at a nail studio or you own it and throw out people with no important reason or maybe important to you but no have inform for this your client you are the one who lose because people see the bad reviews and not come neither them,neither their friends. I am just disappointed.That was sad.

  Lovely experience at Evima! I had mani-pedi done in there. The lady was super professional and worked very neat. No waiting time, though making an appointment is needed (especially now because of Covid). Price was a real bargain for the downtown area of Sofia. Do not hesitate to visit this place. I am planning to return there soon.

  True professionals, training at a very high level! I highly recommend the best Evima Academy! In addition to training in the relevant professions and the intricacies of them, Evima prepares us how to be competitive in the industry afterwards, as employees or as salon owners, when we go beyond the profession itself and become entrepreneurs!
