  Worst experience ever! Never rent a car there!!! We reserved a car in Sofia the day before and went to the pick up location on time which was the Hilton Hotel. Noone from Europcar was there, so the Hilton staff called them up. The Europcar staff on the phone said the reservation was not confirmed and even if you reserved a car three months before you might not get a car. Is that a joke? So, you get your car when they are in the mood to give you one and if they're not, well bad luck for you! The person on the phone was not apologetic in any way and could not provide any other alternative. This is by far the worst and most frustrating experience I ever had! So, if you want an unreliable, unfriendly, rude and horrible service that ruins your day, go for Europcar.

  Worst experience ever. Do not trust them. Gave me 2×4 car after I ordered 4×4 without telling me. Sold me premium enshurence but when I stucked it appears not to include in my case. Took my deposit and moreover without telling me. Really bad people. All those five stars by the way posted by stuff of europcar Sofia Airport

  Assessment was done without my presence. Damages charges applied without the reasons. Paperwork signed by someone else. It look like I am being conned by crafty staff. AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH THE HUSTLE.

  Betrüger in Bulgarien!!! Ausgedachte Dellen unter dem Wagen gefunden bei der Rückgabe und Geld auf Kreditkarte nicht zurückgegeben. EUROPCAR BULGARIEN NIE WIEDER!!!
