::Staff were polite and helpful. I arrived on time for an 8:15am visa appointment and waited about 1 hour. After the appointment I never received any further communication so didn't know my passport was ready for pick up from the courier office (and the online status was incorrect). I recommend calling TNT Express if you don't hear anything. I had no tracking number or confirmation but my passport was waiting at their office.
