::I need to deal with the London Embassy since I m a UK resident and usually I m very dissatisfied by the service I received. This time I was utterly surprised to get prompt help in an emergency situation with the border police. I immediately get through the emergency number and the consul was able to sort my situation out. Francesco is really knowledgeable and a kind person, he deserve a promotion! Amazing service!

::My girlfriend has lost her ID card and the staff at the Italian embassy provided her the Emergency Travel document in about 25 minutes: it was enough to let her to take the flight back to Italy. I want to thanks all the staff for the efficiency! Great job! Grazie Mille!
