  Terrible!!! the 'spa' consists of a broken sauna with a sign 'for your own safety do not pour water in the sauna'. The sauna itself was extremely small - 3 people could barely fit in - literally.. the water in the jacuzzi was dirty the first day (arrived on a week day). The next day it was cleaned. The roof of the pool was leaking - the metal things holding the roof are extremely rusty - I am not sure if the original colour is orange (rusty) or white... the leaking was falling all over the pool... disgusting!!! On many places you can find the hotel with 4 stars - when you arrive you see 3 stars over the name - apparently one star was taken away - and when you go inside you see why!! At the end of February they had all Christmas decorations on - which is not really appropriate! The rooms are spacious - some have a terrace for smokers. What ruined our stay was the huge list hanging on the door - a damage list - what you will be fined if you do something - for example ruined wall - 500-1000eur; damaged bed linen 30eur; Damaged furniture - 300-1000eur or smt; broken TV 500eur - and the tv is older than me... 50eur for broken remote control.. with that damaged list we were extremely careful not to touch anything...

  I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Dinner is traditional and continental Staff are welcoming and ready to assist you. There is a shuttle service to the gondola but a brisk walk only takes 5 minutes to get there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks Marina and all the staff

  Hotel good value for money. Location is great just a short walk to gondola. The staff are the best asset for this hotel nothing is too much bother for them .Food is ok for what you pay. The hotel is very clean and rooms have tv hairdryer etc. I would definitely stay here again as it is good value for mone year.

  Good location. Food is not fantastic but you will not die from it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. No complaints about cleaning.
