::They have different books showcased for passing people. And I saw a book which I wanted to buy, which they obviously have.. And the lady told me that she can't sell it to me, because it's on display and she can't reach it.. And I'm like.. 'then how did you put it there in the first place?!', she just answered "Hard" and ignored me.. Gotta say, it takes a lot to f-up a type of a sell where the client is inside and ready to buy.
