  Great place to work out. The program is very simple and it's not time consuming so it's perfect for a lunch break. The result from the first workout (vibro-something..) is a massive muscle strain like I've worked out for an hour or so. Next time I tried EMS and it feels great, plus it's very fast as I mentioned. Perfect solution for people who value their free time....and their health.
